We Pick-up and Deliver Your Laundry!

The Laundry Heroes offers Laundry and Dry Cleaning Pick-up and Delivery Services in South King County and North Pierce County.  Our mission is to remove laundry from your to do list, so you can focus your attention on more important things.  Less laundry for you means more time to live life! 

We make Laundry Super Easy:

  1. Set up your profile on-line by clicking Schedule a Pick-up
  2. Schedule your pick-up day and time as well as your delivery day and time.
  3. Gather up your laundry and set it outside before or when we arrive. You will receive a text when we are on the way.
  4. We will pick-up your laundry, then wash and fold it overnight.
  5. We deliver your laundry to your door. You will receive a text when we are on the way.
  6. Put your clean and folded laundry away!

Choose Your Laundry Preferences!

Select your wash and fold preferences when you set up your profile.  Choose the type of detergent, softener, and dryer sheets.  Or select nothing and we will use our Standard Fresh Scent Option.  Also, you can tell us about any special instructions for the wash, dry, or fold processes.  It’s Your Laundry, so we want to do it according to your high expectations.

Schedule Your Pick-up Day and Time

Schedule your pick-up time and day.  We currently pick-up 5 days per week from Tuesday to Saturday (no pick-ups scheduled for Sunday or Monday).  Our pick-up and delivery window is from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. 

We will deliver your laundry the next day.  So, we deliver 5 days per week from Wednesday to Sunday (no deliveries on Monday or Tuesday).  However, if you prefer you can choose to have your laundry delivered at a later date.  The only exception to next day delivery is when your order also contains dry-cleaning, which has a 4 business day turnaround time.

Gather up Your Laundry!

The easiest way is to put all of your laundry in kitchen trash bags or in any kind of cinchable bags.  We do not accept pick-ups in laundry baskets.  We will transfer your laundry into our laundry bags and leave the laundry basket at your door.

It’s a good idea to double check your pockets! The Laundry Heroes are NOT responsible for items lost in the wash or damaged by things left in pockets (chapstick, crayons, markers, pens, lipstick, gum, etc).

Don’t worry about labeling your laundry, our drivers will do that for you! 

No need to sort your laundry!  Remember, this is supposed to be easy for you!  The Laundry Heroes will sort by lights and darks prior to wash (as well as whites if you want them washed separately). 

The only items that you need to separate are items that you want treated for stains or items designated for dry cleaning.
